Lemon Syllabub 

Syllabub is a dessert that dates back to the time of Elizabeth I.
Tradtionaly, syllabub is a dessert made of whipped cream,
white wine to which sherry or brandy may be added, lemon
and sugar. Ours is a non-alcoholic version.


Ingredients

1/2 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
8 Ounces Cottage Delight Butter Lemon Curd


Directions

Whip the whipping cream until almost stiff peaks. Gently
fold in the Butter Lemon Curd. Yes, it's just that easty!

Serve this in tart shells, chocolate cups, with pound cake
fresh fruit or all by its self, with a sprig of fresh mint.
Syllabub can be kept in glass for several hours before
serving.

Serves 6 (makes 24 little tartlets).
