IN 1884, Felix Bonnat set up a chocolate and confectionary shop in the French town of Voiron, which today is still run by the Bonnat family. Bonnat chocolates had already travelled around the world in the colonial days, and continue to do so today. Bonnat is the originator of bean to barsingle-origin chocolates with their flagship bar being the exquisite Porcelana.
