In sourcing locally as well as from around the world, we painstakingly consider the flavor, quality and the source of ingredients used in each jar or box or bag that we choose to offer our customers. Our preference is for real, minimally processed ingredients. For example, we stock over 500 condiment choices that make the grade. Unlike the supermarkets, the few national brands we do carry seem almost out-of place; orphans in a large family of over 30,000 choices.
