Signature Breads
10-Grain and Pain Rustique are the two most popular breads at West Point Market. They are baked overnight, every night.
10-Grain is a versatile bread; thick slice it for toast or grilled cheese or use it for delicious deli sandwiches. It's sweetened slightly with honey and raised each day from a fresh sponge. The inside is soft with a tight structure to hold all your melting butter, jams or savory sandwich spreads. It's available in traditional loaves, artisan ovals, half-loaf rounds, dinner or kaiser rolls, and baguettes.
Pain Rustique is an Italian inspired bread that is hand formed into square, short (3"-4" in height) loaves and oven-steamed to create a chewy crust with a golden brown sheen. Inside, Pain Rustique is springy with an airy structure. Serve at your table with a dipping oil or warm marinara, thin slices of an aged Italian cheese and a hearty glass of red wine.
