Firm yet smooth, Bucherolle is rich and creamy with the strong flavor of goat but not barny. Produced by Saint-Saviol in Poitou, France using powdered milk and frozen curd, Buchetolle has a fuzzy white rind that can't be missed. A favorite of our Wine Shop manager.
