Artichoke and Green Olive Tapenade
Artichokes, green olives, olive oil, white wine, garlic capers, oregano, onion and parsley blend together to create a sensational topping. Try it on crusty bread, over goat cheese and thin sliced country bread, as a condiment for roasted or grill meat and poultry, or add it to pasta, quiche . . . even pizza.
